The current repertoire of LMC shows include:

“Shakespeare on Love or Romeo and Much Ado about a Shrew” a mixing of three of Shakespeare’s greatest plays into one fight show with 90percent of the lines directly from those shows.

“Hamlet: The Melancholy Prince or Raspberry Danish” * All four hours of William Shakespeare’s Hamlet condensed into 20 minutes with four actors and two hand puppets.

“A Midsummer Nightmare’s Scream on Elm Street 13” * Shakespeare’s lost horror classic (the horror is we found it). It deals with the supernatural doings of four young teenagers in the woods as helped by a fairy named Puck.

“^^^^^^^ The Scottish Play or Lord of the Thanes, Fellowship of the Sheep” Sorry but we are not using it’s real name until we have all recovered from the injuries.

“Shakespeare Diced and Sliced” a Clip Show new in 2008 with highlights from all four of the above shows.

Other shows are in the works.

* - Back in November 2007 the six members of the Lord Mayor’s Company located in the Kansas City area met. At that meeting it was determined that three of the group felt that they needed to follow a bright star in the East (or North, maybe West, perhaps even to the South) and so the Company parted company quite evenly and the three that departed have formed a group called “Willies Wenches”. At the time of the separation it was determined that the Wenches would continue to do two shows (Hamlet and Midsummers) that originated with and are still being performed by the LMC. With this in mind it was agreed that the troupes would not take stages at the same venues to prevent confusion. Both the LMC and WW are developing new material and there may come a day that the crossover of material will be a thing of the past.
